"I trained with Sara on a 1-2-1 basis for 2 years to complement my other fitness activities like
running, skiing, cycling etc. I can happily say that due to the Pilates session's with Sara I have not suffered from any
major injuries, aches and pains and it has been instrumental in keeping me fit, healthy and moving since I spend most of my
day at a computer! I have become so fanatical about the benefits of Pilates and was so inspired by Sara's teaching that
I have just completed the training and certification qualification to become an instructor myself. I can't recommend Pilates
and Sara's excellent instruction enough for anyone wanting to complement their fitness regime to ensure injury prevention
and efficient work-outs; or for rehabilitation to get you moving again after an injury."

"Forty years of age and pregnant I contacted Sara to help me prepare for the birth with some breathing exercises
and never looked back. Sara helped me get back in shape. She came to my house every week so no excuses not to go! I also didn't
have to worry about baby sitters. On a one to one basis you can go at your own pace with a watchful eye to make sure you do
everything right. Sara is always encouraging and the session flies by without you noticing - but boy do you have a workout.
I would highly recommend a session with Sara."

"Sara started teaching
me on a one-to-one basis in 2005, just a few months after I had undergone surgery on a herniated disk. Thanks to her Pilates-based
rehabilitation exercises, my back, posture and general fitness improved greatly. Each session was tailored specifically for
me. I have benefitted greatly from Sara's training and knowledge of Pilates."

"Following
the birth of my second baby, I realised this time that I needed assistance getting back into some kind of shape. I wanted
to join a class instead of doing a one-to-one session to give me the motivation to keep going (as a non-exercise person!)
but the small class meant that I still got personal contact with Sara to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly and getting
the full benefit. Having previously done yoga with a very flexible septogenarian who was of the "no pain no gain"
school, this was not what I was after and Sara made sure that any exercises involving, in particular, my back were suitably
adjusted for comfort and efficiency. Others in the class also had different needs that Sara monitored and adjusted all without
disrupting the flow of the class. The exercises have definitely improved my tummy muscles and I am now a pilates convert.
One thing I love about it is that I can also incorporate some of the exercises into my daily life, eg the very important
pelvic floor ones and the stretches for relaxation, which is a great bonus."
