PLEASE NOTE: All beginners MUST
attend an introduction to Pilates first or must have some previous experience before joining a class.
Where: All classes run at St Mary's Church in Carden Place.
Cost: £7 per class
One-to-One Tuition:
45 minute slots are available either in a studio or in your own home.
£30 per session for
1-to-1 or £45 per session for 2-to-1. (Length of lessons and prices are negotiable).
