45 minute sessions and can offer small private group sessions in your own home with all equipment provided. Prices start from £40 per session or 4 sessions booked
in advance - £140 or 6 sessions booked in advance - £195.
Pregnancy
and post-natal one-off sessions
In your own home or in my
studio - with a friend or on your own. £50 for an hour with handouts to take away.
